Could those of you who work for Monarch, Air 2000, Excel or JMC provide me with a brief run down on what the company is like to work for, perhaps you could also touch on some of the following:

What’s the general mood?

Roster, how far in advance do you receive it. Many early / late / night flights? What’s a typical duty day like? How many duty days / rest days in a typical month? What happens in the winter?

Is there much positioning in taxi’s etc?

Night stops, are there many, is the socialising good?

What’s the time to command?

What are the interviews / sim ride like?

Any comments would be appreciated, many thanks……….
