Red face Plane Crash in Ecuador

One of the Pakistani urdu language newspapers (jang.com.pk/jang) is reporting a passenger plane crash about 12km from the capital Quito. Report is apparently by one of their reporters in Quito. They have no further details available at this time and no indications of any life lose either. cause of crash was likely to technical.
Does anyone else has any more info???
I hope it was just a small plane and no one had died....
