New runway at LHR

IS it possible to get the "suggested" new runway, north of the airport, & south of the motorway to connect with runway 23/05? This connector would bring the runway "new 27R" threshold further east, and what about the opposite end connection?. .The graphics on the news looked impressive, but not operational.

I doubt it. If they ever build such a new runway, I'd expect it to be a good bit further to the west (more room and further from London).
