Question BMI Regional hiring?

Saw an ad for them on the Flight International Job Search web page. Does anyone here work for them, what is pay like, days off, pilot morale. The ad said they were looking for Direct Capt and F/O for the Emb. and F/o for the Bae146. They didn't state any requirements anyone know what they might be?? Or any other info would be great!

146 Type Rated only, otherwise I think they're looking for 1000+Hours. Morale differs from fleet to fleet and bases. STN crews get most overnights. Not much to say, pay goes in each month, management in ABZ and never visit the masses. Fokker fleet still mainline but now part of BMI Regional operation.
