Something as simple as a single round air vent left open can allow this to happen. Mine in Alaska was full right up to the brim....helped along by about 80 knots worth of wind. Ah, the fun parts of bush flying!

I've heard of good quality aircon but this is ridiculous - in an S61 tooo!!!!

For anyone interested in snow landings and takeoffs here is a video you may enjoy http://youtube.com/watch?v=xWap_NQImJY It takes a little while to download but be patient well worth the wait. Good thing it was a fenestron tailrotor.
