Attitude re-alignment necessary?

In their Instrument Training blurb, Jeppesens define five "attitudes" as have been shown to be non-compatible with safe instrument flying. One of these attitudes is "Anti-Authority".

As everybody on this board is generally anti-CAA, I suggest that all you Instrument-rated pilots hand back your ratings forthwith.

And on just what authority do you make that statement dear chap? I have tried to hand it back numerous times....but the dear old check pilot continues to pass me on the ride despite my best bad efforts! The powers that be....will always figger yer scam out and thwart ya......the evil swine!
