Hi all, I heard today there is an outfit in Spain looking for an EC135 Pilot EASA. Don't have any details but I can facilitate an introduction if anyone is interested.
I think it is an EMS Job.

I assume the Lufttransport jobs require EASA licences, and an EU right-to-work visa status.

Re: Gama jobs

"Essential:
Experience working on a rostered basis including working night shifts"

Why do they make this an essential requirement? It's bizarre.

Because those that haven't done that cr@ppy roster and think they can do it, don't last.

Those Gama requirements are very flexible as I know someone who has started with them recently who doesn't meet at least two of the 'essential' requirments.

I wouldn’t worry about it - just go and work for an EASA HEMS operator who make up their own rules and FTLs. Skies the Limit - especially when it places you at a distinct commercial advantage as no longer necessary to employ an adequate number of pilots/ crews. Biggest bunch of cowboys out there so can’t see a trivial thing such as an ‘age limit’ being an issue :-)

They do have a big fleet, AI view says.

Gama Aviation's HEMS fleet includes a primary fleet of four Airbus H145 helicopters operating from four bases in Wales, and one reserve helicopter. In total, Gama Aviation operates five H145 helicopters for the Wales Air Ambulance Charity, with the fifth acting as a backup. Additionally, Gama Aviation operates seven AW169 EMS helicopters in the UK. They also have a fleet of four AW139s for energy support in Norwich
plus they have more on order, see
