I wouldn’t worry about it - just go and work for an EASA HEMS operator who make up their own rules and FTLs. Skies the Limit - especially when it places you at a distinct commercial advantage as no longer necessary to employ an adequate number of pilots/ crews. Biggest bunch of cowboys out there so can’t see a trivial thing such as an ‘age limit’ being an issue :-)
