I’m no professional, but that looks like a loss of yaw control of some kind.

Sure are. There are four people who look like aircrew sitting / resting on the inverted AW139 in the various photos in links provided on ASN. I assume that is the crew? In that case, would seem like none suffered critical injuries.

I did some training for them years back.
Nice guys, and competent.
Glad they got out ok from the aircraft.
