The Yemen Houthis use helicopter in a Ship hijacking

Film shows them boarding by Helicopter, they seem very well equipped, though the lower decks appear to show it's not carrying anything.

The Houthi rebels apparently seized a number of Mi-17s.

The Galaxy Leader may not be the last vessel hijacked, Houthi leaders warned. “All ships belonging to the Israeli enemy or that deal with it will become legitimate targets,” a Houthi spokesperson warned. U.S. officials have told NBC that the ship was boarded and hijacked by helicopter. The Houthi rebel force is known to operate Mi-17 helicopters seized from the government of Yemen over the course of the country's long civil war.

Are the Houthi rebels aware of how vulnerable an Mi-17 is to small arms fire?

Or Submarine launched cruise missiles which were it me making the decision it would be.

Do my intel work and determine the parking spot of every helicopter they have, the maintenance facilities, and accommodation for the flight and ground crews and any ancillary units such as Radar sites, Anti-aircraft missile or gun sites and their support units.

Just to put some icing on the cake....add a half dozen B-52's and a half dozen B-1's making like bomb trucks to add to the. mess.

Do it in a manner that puts no boots on the ground and offers the minimum risk to the ships, aircraft, and crews but with the maximum damage possible to the Houthis and anyone standing too close to them.

Make it a custom built "Shock and Awe" kind of night and in the morning remind them in clear and simple terms.....that was a sample of shall come next if they hijacked another ship of any kind or launch missiles of any kind at any ship.....ever.

The problem in my view is terrorists are like school room bullies....they are bad to the bone until someone stands up to them and kicks their behinds.....then they cease to be bullies and if done right with terrorists they simply cease being.

But this this is my sensitive and caring side of me showing.

In the meanwhile I hope Western Naval Units are cooperating with the IDF to secure the release of the hi-jacked ships and the crews and are preparing to do what ever it takes to accomplish that.

The approach and fly out look rather aggressive. Do those rebels have airborne commando raid trained units or similar? Using Gopros to film it and putting it on the web is another strange element.

I did wonder that myself, all Israel needs is a .50 cal fore and aft and it won't happen again.

Houthis?

Iranians with Iranian weapons arriving by Iranian helicopter to do what Iran wants them to.

World war 3 is turning out to be a war fought by drones and proxies while the rest of mankind engages in pointless arguments and activism.

Don't you mean WW IV?
WW III lasted from about 1947 to 1989 (my dad was in Berlin during the Blockade, during the opening stages) and was fought by proxies all over the globe, starting in Korea.

The ship that was boarded had been threatened on its way into the area before being attacked on its way out according to US Naval Sources.

Pure coincidence?
