New EC135 P3H Issue

Hey guys

I'm starting to have a reoccurring Issue with the IBF bypass system. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but if you have i would like to hear from you guys. I'm getting a #1 IBF bypass fail on restart after getting fuel the last couple times. it clear after holding the recall button for 15-30 sec. But it has comeback on runup but self clears when taken to fly. IBF bypasses work perfectly when actuated with the switches. #1 filter is at 10-15% so no need for and auto actuate. Not sure if it has the ability to auto actuate.

Look forward to hearing from you guys.

Are you using external power during the refuels? I know on other types with similar IBF door actuators the actuator motors were really sensitive to voltage. A crappy voltage regulator on a power carry trashed a whole flight line of IBF actuators.

Could also be the voltage kicked out by your battery/generators not being in the small tolerances of the particular actuator until you are at flight. Could be something or nothing.
