Is that a Wessex? Good on the Turks for building such a helicopter. Strewth, it is not a good looking chopper.

It does have a Wessex-like profile to it. The wheels are fixed, the engines are hanging out the sides and there's those big 'wings' so if it remains with that shape then I imagine it'll have some great space inside for military avionics, weapons and self-defence capabilities. The pilot seems so high up. Maybe it can hold a few people inside its belly.

Vertical tail looks rather flimsy. Interesting to see its max sideward speed and yaw rate envelope.

This is the Denel Rooivalk(South African) from the early 90s. In one of it's advertising shots, the tagline was: "In our business, sometimes things get ugly"
