Ciudad del Carmen, think there was another one there recently. Looks like it is inverted with floats inflated.
Anybody translate?

That document basically says:

• the helicopter belonged to Heliservicios.
• The incident occurred at 06:43, 11 nautical miles offshore, whilst en-route to platforms (this is a direct translation but might not necessarily mean phase of flight = en-route, simply that it was heading to a rig so I wouldn't read too much into this detail)
• Just the pilot & copilot were on board (no mention of their condition)
