FAA CFI to EASA FI

Hello everyone

By chance, anybody here has been able to get the EASA Flight Instructor Rating with Flight Instructor-Instructor privileges by a FIE who accepted all the flight time "dual given" in a Third Country (United States)?

I'm applying for my EASA FI(H) renewal. By FCL.940.FI (c) I'm supposed to go for the Refresher seminar, and an Assessment of Competence.
Just wanted to renew my Flight Instructor Rating with the extended privileges of a FII.

Apparently, my own looks like an uncommon case. No ATO I got in touch so far seems to be on the same page as regards to the validity of my Instructor flight time in the USA.

Cheers
