Are there steps and fold-out ladders to climb up and pre-flight those rotor heads?

That image answers my next question - what size can it scale up to?
C-130 like at least it would seem.
Quite the downwash I'd imagine though!

Well, when you consider we’ve added forward facing JATO bottles to the C-130 in an attempt to get ultra short field landing capabilities… a stop-fold tiltrotor transport doesn’t sound so insane.

I reckon Bell's PR people are reading this thread!

The more I read about Credible Sport, the more incredible it gets.
And if the flight engineer hadn't fired the rockets early - who knows - it might have worked...
