What is the general cost per hour for A FAA 135 S76 that is IFR certified, compared to a VFR our only operation?

I believe $2500 is the approx DOC for a S76 flight hour. Charter rates usually between $4000 and $5500 per hour for multi-crew IFR. VFR only S76 single pilot ops are pretty rare and I don't think the insurers will like it too much either. Hopefully some help.
