Sakhalin Energy is Shell, so some leverage to move on from the Mil's. 189's have a production line in Russia, Leonardo partnered with Rosneft, so a semi-domestic helicopter. Isn't Rosneft also partnered with Exxon in Sakhalin-1? Russia is closed to ex-pat pilots, but any spending news is good news.

Not quite Shell - they are a 27.5% JV partner - but they have adopted many Shell requirements and have a few staff seconded there. Yes XOM have a 189 but not sure if it’s on location yet.

139's have a production line in Russia (serial numbers starting with 60XXX). Not 189' s (yet). So far Rosneft have AW189's produced in Italy (49031, 49032, 49037, 49038, 49042, 49043, 49044, 49046, 49047 and 49052). I haven't heard anything recently about what has happened to the 189 production line for Moscow. The 139 line doesn't seem to do a lot.
