120k in the U.K. is achievable but as 212 said it would be a senior captain with TRE or Chief Pilot attached to their email signature.
For a new joiner to any of the offshore companies carrying over seniority could be difficult so in today's market those earning 120k+ would be fairly senior captains in the company.
Jumping ship to a different company could be difficult to earn that unless you get a special deal or sell your soul to go to the Shetlands or Outer Hebrides!

When I left in 2013 we were offering 220K BND net to 139 pilots (plus free housing and utilities etc)t. Where were you working when you applied?

212, it was well after you left. I was working in Scandinavia and a colleague had recently left BSP as his pay was being massively cut. What was being offered to those who took up the position in 2015 was known to be considerably less than what you were able to offer those ex Bristow people from what I was told afterwards.

Jeepys, the days of the wet and windy rocks being where you needed to go for that are gone as the current SAR operator have done nothing but erode the terms and conditions previously awarded by others. But the places I refer to are all onshore VIP with predictable rosters. In one case 14/14 and only one training captain amongst the fleet. There is even an AW109 operation non AOC with a similarly rewarding salary.
