Question B206-v-R44 DOC's

I am interested in peoples experiences and thoughts on the DOC's of Jetranger against a R44.

Given that a R44 carries 25% less pax, is it's DOC 25% less???

Any thoughts welcome. Thanks in advance.

http://www.robinsonheli.com/R44EOC.pdf

for robinson DOC

Equivalent bell approx 210 USD /hr as compared to approx 105 /hr . ( 124 less 18.88 fixed cost)

Major element is engine cost 54/ hr for bell 9.55/ hr for robby.

If that was taken out of equation then 25% would not be that far out.

Thanks Neil

If you (or anyone) has first hand experience in operating these types as tourist machines, pro's/con's etc I would again be appreciative.

Cheers
