Island Hoppers Fiji

Does anybody have information regarding Island Hoppers Fiji? I'm looking for information regarding requirements for new pilots as well as any insight whether it's a good company to work for or what to expect in terms of the flying, pay, conditions etc. Do they take on new guys regularly?

I have just under 1000 hours, 130 hours of 350 time, EASA and FAA licences.

Cheers
