Nice video. There are quite a few Soviet-era relics at that airstrip. Some look serviceable, some not so much...
I have to admit I didn't know what "Zaporizhzhya" was until I looked it up.

There are really two different helicopters Mil Mi-2 in Zaporizhzhya for helicopter tours - one is Soviet Era (made in Poland) and another is completely updated that is in process of certification. Some pictures attached.

Hmm, pretty luxurious, by some standards (at least for pax, though the cockpit looks comfy also). I would love to fly in one of those birds.

What sort of surface mine is that at about 2:40 in the video? Coal for the powerplant next door?
Also, what is the project underway at about 5:00 min in? Thanks.

The PIC seems to be going for a "most switches operated" award as part of the start up. It's either very manual with a lot of pumps/cocks/valves or he missed a few on the pre-start checks.

Do not have an info, may be it was a repair of the broken door so there was a change a door without new painting.
2. What sort of surface mine is that at about 2:40 in the video? Coal for the powerplant next door?
Mokryansky Granite Quarrys №2 - develops of Mokryansky Deposit of granite. Mineral resource is unchanged and affected by weathering granite of Kirovograd-Zhitomir complex Archaea. Granites are gray and sometimes tinged with pink. The maximum design depth of development is 107 metres, at this stage of the development is 62 meters of depth.

Metallurgical Вumps of Balka Serednya - industrial landfill dumps of three largest metallurgical enterprise of Zaporizhzhya - "Zaporizhstal", "Dneprospezstal" and "Zaporizhia Ferroalloy Plant".
