Australian ATO in the UK/Europe/USA

Does anyone know if there are any Aussie ATO's or examiners here, europe or the states?

It appears from the current list that the only overseas ATO is based in NZ.
I also know the list on the CASA website is missing at least one name that I can spot. So how accurate it is in its current format, is open to interpretation.
