Would anyone be interested in exploring shared ownership of a well equipped Robinson R44 Raven 2, potentially based at Tatenhill in Staffordshire. I'm looking for 9 like minded individuals.

Perhaps operating in a similar fashion to these chaps: Helisharing Denham.

I've only just seen this after joining the forum. Did anything come of the plan. I'm in Staffordshire.

The first time round we had a small amount of interest, but not enough from those with the means to proceed. It could be revisited, there is probably enough people in the area now to make it work. I know of a number of people actively looking for R44 access in Staffordshire.

I would certainly be interested in exploring the option. Perhaps if there is some interest we could all have a proper chat sometime?

After a short 3 year setup period...we now have enough members to move forwards and are looking for a UK mid-life R44 Raven 2, with around 6 years and 1100hrs to run for cash purchase.

Good stuff CRAN. I was part of the NIOG group in Denham and it worked well. 10 sharers sounds like a lot but availability of the aircraft was rarely an issue.

Hi guys did this ever get to anything as I’m looking into the option of r44 ownership myself
