r44 & B206 aircraft flight test form

Hello fellow Rotorheads,

I'm wondering if anyone out there knows where I can find the 44 and 206 flight-test forms that are completed during a flight test on the a/c.

We have these machines in the hangar that are due a flight test after their annual inspection.

Any help would be great, I cant seem to find anything on the w.w.w.

Thanks!

If you want an anally retentive version of a maintenance check flight check the UK CAA website

The specific document for the R-44 is CFS-277, and for the Bell 206 it is CFS-125

For the R-44 you can otherwise find a much simpler flight test form in the maintenance manual (chapter 2 somewhere in the middle if I'm not mistaken).

Thanks Hawkeye,

That exactly what I was looking for albeit quite a complicated form!

Thank you very much,

Cheers!
