Rolls ECU Problems

As a concerned pilot who flies a well known Bell product I'm looking for some advice on these "uncommanded shutdowns" to see if anyone else is having issues with engines affected by the latest engine bulletin from Rolls Royce.

Specifically, as a pilot, I'm a little worried with this Engine Bulletin from Rolls on the ECU overspeed problems...this seems like a long history of screwups with this engine...

Now I don't think it's hidden that the 407's and Kiowas have had issues with the fadec units overriding and causing shutdowns and subsequent crashes, but I was looking to see what opinions other people had.

Mainly, will anyone tell me why Bell will keep these aircraft flying where there seems to be a problem with the ECU's..are Rolls and Bell trying to sweep this under the rug?

This is something that's a problem with civ and mil pilot alike...yet nothing seems to be getting accomplished..or is it?
