S-61 Sim??

Are there any S-61 sims still in operation? If so, where?

S61 Simulators

I believe there are two in Europe, one at Stavanger and the other in Bournemouth.

The one in Bournemouth is owned by British International Helicopters, and is situated at the European Aviation Flight Simulator Training centre. It is the one that used to belong to British Airways Helicopters, and was moved down to Bournemouth from Aberdeen.

There is still a 61 sim in Stavanger, Norway. It's now operated by CAE, formerly owned and operated by CHC.
