An H160 flight manual will be a rare find at this time, let us see who uses it
ANA in Japan, (they had one of the 1st)
PHY ( launch customer?)
French Gendarmerie (governement)
...

I am guessing there, but I would think that the launch customers are operating under the evaluation period and are tied to NDA on anything (any document) that relates to the AC evaluation.
