Hey rantanplane yep, my diet is yummy as well as healthy; all organic, Vegetarian (Naturally) traditional kitchen style with everything prepared fresh, spices & herbs ground in a pastle & mortar, everything cooked in ghee or coconut fat, with tons of the top-secret ingredient being added-----------Love

Strange: here in the modern world, we fly the most sophisticated most expensive aircrafts, but eat most times cheap rubbish - and are rather often: not happy!

Occasionally my horizon is just the rim of the plate..Sorry for that.
How many pilots have lost their medical due to bad diet? Perhaps not directly albeit a highly functional brain and body should get the right fuel

G'day 22clipper I missed Your earlier post. Yep there power-lines. Yar a brolly wont do You much with boulders showering out of the sky.
No we won't blow the cycles, as we don't shut down every landing, most are hot turn-arounds.
