2010 Missouri SHP Bell 206B Crash Report

Fuel exhaustion is said to be the cause of a 2010 Missouri State Highway Patrol Bell 206B fatal crash. The Pilot, sole occupant of the aircraft, was killed in the crash.

Medical evidence found during the investigation surfaced numerous possibly disqualifying medical conditions along with prescription drug issues.
