Offshore Helicopter Pilot Fatigue

Can anyone here please provide me with details of any known studies / investigations etc. that have been carried out on helicopter pilots .

I am particularly interested in those covering the following fields:

Offshore oil and gas contracts

Extreme climate ( hot and cold )

Fixed base ( resident ) and touring ( 28:28, 42:42 )

Fatigue Risk Management Systems

Various NAA ( National Aviation Authority) Flight Time and Duty Limits

Multiple time zone travel prior to commencing flights

The various parties involved in managing pilot fatigue and their relationship

Operator SMS's and how they actually address pilot fatigue.

The airline and fixed wing world are going through their processes and its about time the rotary wing world did as well.

Please keep replies sensible and to the point!

Thanks!
