Two helicopters crashed in Afghanistan

on 14th Jan two helicopters crashed in Afghanistan, probably due to weather (snowstorm), one contractor Mi-17 and one ISAF.

Does anybody know anything else about the Mi-17 crash? A mate of mine fly's one there, I am hoping he is not involved.

It was an AAR (formerly Presidential) BH214ST. I have confirmed this. I have no info on Mi-17 mishap.
