Pay and conditions are fair. Lots of nice people both in the field and in management. Like with every bigger organisation you will find the one or other guy with "mental problems". I personally recon that the one or other rotten egg will be sortet out in the near future and then the company has great potential. They surely have a very fine Ops Man.
I have been there as an instructor for 18 month and I cannot complain about the company and company management in helo ops as such.
