Hour building for new pilots?

Hi there!

Hope this is not thread nr. 5000 about this!

But I'm a low hour pilot, and I feel like I'm kind of frozen now, I've not enough hours for a job and really need to build up some hours before heading further!

Have you any good ideas for low hour pilots, where to start?

Hope you can help,
