oh sh!t. If i'm having the p!ss taken at every mistake I make on the PA, it'll be a permanent thng. I press that button and forget everything I am about to say, or get it ar&e about face.

Maybe I should go put a questionnaire together and hand it out next time the pax are stuck in the departure lounge due bad wx?
