Flying Spice: Geri Halliwell celebrates after taking her first helicopter lesson

I don't normally follow celeb news, but this report caught my attention.

" It seems that Ginger Spice may need a new moniker... Flying Spice!
Curly-haired Geri Halliwell had her first flying lesson yesterday, taking a front row seat as she was shown the basics of operating a helicopter at an airfield in Buckinghamshire"

Well, she'd hardly be sat in the back row, would she?

Just a little more from the photo.
Is that her boyfriend in the photo, and did he sit in the back seat for her first lesson ?
I wonder if he did ?
hopefully not training and all those silly regulations.

Possibly something to do with the fact that the current boyfriend owns a helicopter based at a helicopter airfield in Buckinghamshire...

Looking at the picture and the way she is standing, she was either desperate to go to the toilet she's going to have to have corrective surgery to be able to use the pedals properly!

Wasn't Jordan thinking of buying a pink helicopter and learning to fly a few years ago? I pity the instructor that would have had to put up with her and her antics!!

Cf, yes I couldn't help noticing some severe 'toe-in'! Maybe a trip to kwikfit would correct it!

One always hopes that a student stays faithful to the one training school, after all!

Cyclic Fondler took the words right out of mouth, actually I was thinking they would have to strap a 2x4 to her legs to keep her ankles straight, she'll have to get that fixed before she gets the controls.

Check out one of the reader comments.. what a complete tosser, must have a real bad case of 'big watch - small d!ck' syndrome.

For the morons out there. One does not learn to fly in a five-seat executive type helicopter. One has to do the basics on something like a two front seater Robinson R-22, or Hughes 300, both piston engined, and then graduate to a turbine heli. I just wish that the seemingly ignorant people who write for the Daily Mail could get their stories with more facts and not sucking up to whomever desperate for media attention. And yes, I do know what I am talking about. I do fly helicopters besides having been a mega-yacht captain. Look up my name on Facebook or Google me.

something like a two front seater Robinson R-22
I'm eternally grateful to Frank Robinson that he put both seats in the front of the R22. I mean, as if it isn't cramped enough..!
