Without being pedantic "flying of yachts" is most unusual. They generally sail on the surface. Perhaps you mean " flying OFF yachts". If we can't get our language correct what hope is there for the rest of the world?

You should really have a comma after the word 'pedantic', Pofman, and there's an unnecessary space before the word 'flying' in your second set of inverted commas.
This kind of slackness is absolutely unforgivable.

Don't you know you never use an "and" after a comma Mr Sunburnt Arm.

Is that a question K48? If so, where was the question mark at the end of the sentence?

And a question should end with a question mark K48 and not a full stop!

I'll help you Munsterflyer...

The following tips are in order of importance and priority:

1 If the owner/employer is an Oligach, ensure you have at least 3 months wages upfront.

2 See number 1 above.

3 See numbers 1 and 2 above.

4 As far as possible take off and land into wind.

5 Keep enough fuel for the proposed flight(s) and then some.

6 Keep an eye on the weather.

7 JetRaangers on 60 footers work........ Chinooks on canoes don't.

Is it Friday yet?

Sorry, cheers bm

Each type of yacht has a different technique.

And there are yachts and yachts!
