The following tips are in order of importance and priority:
1 If the owner/employer is an Oligach, ensure you have at least 3 months wages upfront.
2 See number 1 above.
3 See numbers 1 and 2 above.
4 As far as possible take off and land into wind.
5 Keep enough fuel for the proposed flight(s) and then some.
6 Keep an eye on the weather.
7 JetRaangers on 60 footers work........ Chinooks on canoes don't.
