Scale Model with twin turbines




This is quite an impressive model with a 3m rotor diameter and twin turbines

It is highly likely that it is a single engine as the power requirement for what is effectively a fiberglass empty shell. The fuel burn is huge on these smaller engines not to mention the expense. Hes done a nice job with it and when its flown slowly it looks bang on.

I'm no big modell aircraft guy, but those statements above got me curious... looking at those pictures and applying my pilot math (maybe erroneous ) I count two engines!

Well I stand corrected, There are very few twin turbine models around but this guy has done it and made a very nice job of it too
