Does anyone know any companies looking for engineers rated on B412/212 helicopters.

I have no recent knowledge, but FBH at Shawbury always seemed to be short of licensed engineers a few years ago - they also have 412s out in Cyprus as well.

They operate 412/212 in NZ and 412 in South East Asia.
