Who is the best EMS operator?

In terms of Equiment, Pilots, Funding, Challenging operating enviroment?

Anyone want to bet against REGA?

I would suggest that Bond Air Services are arguably the best and the biggest. Lot of experience there.

Mmmm. Considering that REGA carried out their first helicopter rescue in December 1952, I think I'd have to award the "experience" tick to them.

Admittedly more SAR than EMS and public than private, but I'd look forward to seeing a RAF Sea King hovering above me any time I'm in trouble!!

That said, they all do a cracking job
