Who is the best EMS operator?

In terms of Equiment, Pilots, Funding, Challenging operating enviroment?

Anyone want to bet against REGA?

I would suggest that Bond Air Services are arguably the best and the biggest. Lot of experience there.

Mmmm. Considering that REGA carried out their first helicopter rescue in December 1952, I think I'd have to award the "experience" tick to them.

Mind you, induction training with Bond could possibly count as a "challenging operating environment".

What about DRF, ADAC and Bundespolizei in Germany?
More than 30 years and more than 1 Million missions experience....

Admittedly more SAR than EMS and public than private, but I'd look forward to seeing a RAF Sea King hovering above me any time I'm in trouble!!

That said, they all do a cracking job
