I would suggest that Bond Air Services are arguably the best and the biggest. Lot of experience there.

Mmmm. Considering that REGA carried out their first helicopter rescue in December 1952, I think I'd have to award the "experience" tick to them.:)

Mind you, induction training with Bond could possibly count as a "challenging operating environment". :)

What about DRF, ADAC and Bundespolizei in Germany?
More than 30 years and more than 1 Million missions experience....
