Helicopter Specifications
Chaps and Chapesses, I wonder if you could help me with some fact finding on some Aerospatiale machines, looked everywhere, RAeS and the web but these are eluding me.

You could try Conklin and deDecker for this type of information although you would probably have to pay for it!

Staring at those numbers and seeing variable operating costs from Aircraft Cost Summary got me wondering what keeps certain operators hanging on to their lamas?
According to conklindd Lama costs $1.200 per hour compared to $700 for a 350B3. Performance wise both are good at high altitudes/external payload.
I know there is a difference in spare parts and maintenance when it comes to EU/US but hell, almost twice the cost for lama per hour?
