Austrian licencing.

Hey guys,
I've heard lately that the Austrian authority (austrocontrol) is changing to the JAA for helicopter licencing, they've already changed for airplanes. I believe it's due to happen in the next six months or so.
I'm wondering, will they automatically convert all helo pilots with x amount of hours to the JAA? Apparently that's what they did with fixed wings. What's involved in converting from the FAA to the current Austrian CPL(H)?

Anyone see where I'm going with this?!

Any information anyone has about this would be great.

Thx.
