I really don't like how much the "pilot's" head moves towards the cyclic (at around 11 seconds). A true reflection of what happens?

Have seen some excellent videos of Blackhawks crash testing and how much damage they can take and one of a US Army UH 60 hitting so hard the tail strut snaps off then the a/c bounces into the air and flies away!! also one of a Super Puma crash testing and the Xmissn comes thru the roof! Eurocopter don't like prospective customers seeing that one!
