Anyone Know What This Housing Is For?

Grabbed a quick shot of this about a month ago.

I havent seen it since, but wondered what the housing was on the side ? Looks a bit large for a camera pod, any ideas ?

It is a "spcecam" camera housing.

Not sure but I think its too big for the spacecam.

It appeared to be a complete sphere mounted top and bottom with some form of warning label on the top.

Im guessing here, but some sort of imager for detecting "hot spots" in overhead power cables?

It is a camera, as for type? Don't know. I do believe it does thermal as well.

It didnt appear to have Spacecam on it, it also looks bigger and appeared to be fixed both top and bottom, like it could spin on a central vertical axis.
