Smile Please, Santa......

Been looking at the forum tonight and thought it was rather serious.

It's nearly Christmas, so if you wanted to put a particular helicopter on your letter to Santa, what would it be, and why?

One of these - for the same reason as I drive an Italian car. But it would have to come complete with a nice pilot until I got the rating

Cheers

Not sure about that! Can we have some adjudication here please?

Anyway, the 109 Grand is prettier and I'm a girl so that's allowed!

Cheers

But words like "funner" are not!

An AS 350 B3 - its my dream helicopter haha. Its fast, cheap(er) to operate and has plenty of power: what more could a man want.

A grand and S76 are all sexy, but the operating costs of them

B430

Would have to say a Bell 430 or a 429 and if santa cant fit it in his sack I would take a AS350B3 or a Eurocopter EC 120/130/135/145 (model doesnt worry me).

HAHAHAHA or all of the above.

Since we're on the gimme gimme gimme...

I'd like one Mi-26, along with type ratings for me and my 3 mates so we can fly it. I'd also like to win the lottery, so I can afford (just) to fly it home.

Happy Crimbles, you lot!

EC120 for Christmas. In fact, on the 9th December (one of the nicest days of the month so far) I did have one, for about 90 minutes, with the kids in the back with their cameras while flying over our house. Bloomin' brilliant!

MD500 - the fun-ner-est, for my fun side.
A Blackhawk for my wild side.
A S76A for my fancy side.

Ah Aser

Now you see why you should never operate a helicopter with 2 female pilots!

A pair of broken fingernails and the aircraft is grounded for the day !

better yet

Rather than Santa bringing ME a helo, I'm wishing he drops one off at my generous neighbor's. My neighbor is always letting me borrow various tools, etc, so I assume the same will apply with his new toy. Plus then, most importantly, I won't own the damn thing !
