Hi Aser,
could be - but more likely - loss of tailrotor effectiveness - cause technical problems are seldom the problem...

I put together a little historical tribute to the Bushranger gunship / slicks from a bunch of imagery that was put out on a CD around the place a few years back. Feel free to make disparaging comments ...

I worked for a while in ground ops for a heli charter company. This is a compilation vid from a ship transfer job I went along as 'ground/deck crew' on. Actually a few different jobs edited together, but representative of the kind of stuff we got up to occasionally.

I don't work there anymore - this was in fact my last job for the company and a great way to go out on.

Uncontrollable urge to spew music

Awesome video, but why do people have an uncontrollable urge to spew music, usually rock music over the sounds of the aircraft. I suspect that The A119 in the Alps Video created its own music as it made those tight turns.
We have two senses to enjoy this spectacle one of which is being drowned out. Sorry, but it just kills it and makes me slightly annoyed at the person that did it as they are under the erroneous belief that they are adding or enhancing the movie. Does anyone agree with me or am I talking through my hind end. Stop winging you may say, but for me it’s a spectacle that should be enjoyed with sight and sound.... I’ll sit down now.
