Hello Nigel......good to see your name still appearing. I made similiar mistake some time ago and am pleased I did. Kinda appreciate those contributors who do go by their real monicker as at least you then have some idea of where they are coming from.
I am sitting in an alcohol free zone at the moment waiting for a ferry permit to take an A++ a short hop across the water to a land where there is cold beer. Then off to BKK and Koh Samui to visit with my old buddy Steve , of Bombay fame.
Best to you and yours
Peter

Well, when I signed on in 1999 the user profile showed your e-mail address (if you gave it) so despite the superficial appearance of anonymity, it really wasn't so (if you wanted it) and it seemed the way of 'doing things'. I even recall congratulating someone on identifying me, when my e-mail was readily available! Now things have changed and it appears all of us with user names are trying to appear anonymous.
I've never said anything here I wouldn't say to anyone else in person but, by the same token, I can readily see that there are many who would not like their identities compromised. Indeed, it's got to be a bonus for this forum to have members who have genuine insight and knowledge of the industry, through their positions within it, and who give it but only on the basis of anonymity.
PS. thanks for the beers Vertalop: next ones are on me (whoever you are!!!)
