CPL(A) to CPL(H) question

A friend of mine is a Spanish CPL(A) and PPL(H) and would like to know what should he do to get the CPL(H)in the UK.

Can anybody help? Thanks a lot.

Phone FCL at the CAA or email them. They are quite helpful these days and JAR is a subject best left to them!
