Unhappy Type Rating & Their Availability

Military pilot 2750hrs (2500+ - twin) CPL(H)looking for sponsorship for type ratings. Can pay back by working for expenses. Available and willing in time for the British Grand Prix.
Anybody know anyone who's in the hiring seat?

Hi Finals

I tried that particular tack a few years ago. I'm afraid nobody will take the risk. For what it's worth, I bought a 206 jetbox conversion for a good rate from a company that were then prepared to give me some freelance work. You can include the Base & Line check (or whatever we call it now) as part of the conversion and after 3 hours you're up and running. Get used to the 206 and then work expenses for a 355. All in, it should take you 6 months.

PS. Take my advice and give the Grand Prix a miss.........

I've always found the Grand Prix a good place for networking,
cram as many comms boxes in a 206 and enjoy...
The trouble with civvy establishments like Police/Fire/EMS..they all assume that you can use your pension to bolster the wage that they offer. If you're willing to take a pay cut then I've found numerous jobs for the taking.
